1. All fees are in USD, except stated otherwise, and may include fees of third-party providers charged to you in accordance with Article 13.1 of the General Terms.
2. AGS has a right to charge the fees in the currency other than USD or in the currency of the underlying transaction at the exchange rates as of the time of the transaction.
3. The fees indicated above represent maximum fees AGS may charge for respective services. AGS may at its own discretion, or subject to additional agreements with the Client, reduce fees on certain services.
4. For the purposes of calculating the market value of a Client’s Portfolio, assets held in securities are valued in accordance with AGS’s Securities Valuation Policy.
